Shubert Ticketing Partners with Sapient to Revitalize Telecharge.com Online Brand
New Site Will Feature Improved Navigation and Multimedia Features To Guarantee A Faster and More Enjoyable Customer Experience
Sapient (NASDAQ: SAPE) today announced that its Sapient Interactive marketing services group has partnered with Shubert Ticketing -- Broadway’s leading theater owner and provider of ticketing services throughout the U.S. -- to revitalize its Telecharge.com web site. Sapient Interactive’s New York studio will work with Shubert Ticketing to enhance Telecharge.com by adding intuitive navigation tools and cutting edge multimedia features that will ultimately deliver a faster and more enjoyable customer experience.
One of Broadway’s premier brands, Telecharge.com is the official ticketing agency for most Manhattan theaters and provides every segment of the entertainment industry with a dependable, comprehensive system that handles all of a venue’s sales needs including box office, telephone, Internet, season tickets and subscriptions.
The revitalized Telecharge.com site will integrate online retailing technologies to help customers quickly find tickets and address any questions they may have during this process. The new site will leverage improved navigation and multimedia features that guarantee a more efficient, intuitive and fun sales experience -- which ultimately fosters greater customer loyalty and better conveys the excitement and entertainment value of the Broadway experience.
